OUR PEOPLE

CU is a community

CU is a community. We’re not just about events or programs.

God has made us for relationships. That’s why, at Christian Union, we really value our social connection with each other.

We strive to be a fellowship where you can be known, welcomed, and supported as we explore life and Jesus together. No one should have to figure everything out and go through uni alone.

I was a nervous first year student, but coming to RMIT CU was something I didn’t realise I needed so deeply. People hail from different backgrounds yet we come together because we love Jesus. CU gave me opportunities to grow and deepen my faith. Whether you have a  Christian background or you’re figuring it out, there is a place for you here at RMIT.

RMIT CU offers bible groups on the Bundoora campus and it has been both a blessing and a highlight of my week during semester. Our regular meetings have deepened my faith and helped me develop real and genuine friendships with other uni students who are in a similar stage of life. I look forward to more CU this year!

God has blessed me with amazing friendships from RMIT CU! Christian union has valuably helped me learn more from the bible in depth and how to live as a christian on campus. The many camps CU provides have been amazing and seeing the love and passion for God from other students and staff members is so awesome.

My years spent at CU were the best of my life. By God’s grace, I came to saving faith there in first year, I grew quickly alongside the staff members and students. I made many lasting friends, and learnt the real meaning of being a “living sacrifice” for Christ.

RMIT CU has been such a blessing to my uni and life journey, finding other like minded peers who are driven to grow in maturity, knowledge and faith, and people that are committed to encouraging each other through that journey. It is truly the best part of coming into campus.

I love CU because it has given me a way to live for Jesus on campus, where I’ve grown in my faith and made amazing friendships along the way. I genuinely believe it has been the biggest highlight of my university experience!

I was very new to my faith when I started at RMIT CU, so I was pretty nervous, but those nerves didn’t last long at all. CU has given me a space to ask questions, learn and grow in my faith, form deep friendships and connections with others, which has been both an incredible blessing, and the highlight of my time at university so far.

IT ALONE

University is about more than getting a degree. It’s a time for asking big questions about life, purpose, and what really matters.

At CU, you’ll meet other students asking similar questions, explore who Jesus is, and build genuine friendships that make uni life better. And we think you’ll find it makes faith clearer! Whether you’re curious, unsure, or convinced, there’s a place for you here.
