Luke 3. FOCUS. Why did Jesus get baptised?

Do Christians get baptised for the same reason as Jesus? After all, we have “been buried with him in baptism” (Col 2:12). And the disciples were told by Jesus that they will receive “the baptism with which I am baptized, you will be baptiszed” (Mark 10:39).

So what is baptism all about from Luke 3? Why is there a baptism of Holy Spirit with fire and why mention winnowing forks? What are winnowing forks?? And why a dove go down on Jesus??
