Luke 4. FOCUS. Why did Jesus get tempted?

It may seem strange to say Jesus got tempted if He is God. We understand if Jesus gets hungry and is tempted with food. Would we say God gets hungry or tempted?

The short answer is Luke is highlighting the humanity of Jesus in Luke 4 yet does not deny Jesus as the beloved Son of God (Luke 3).
